Refund policy

Effectively immediately in stock orders can no longer be cancelled. In stock orders begin processing immediately and can't be revised or cancelled after they are placed. Pre-Order orders are subject to 25% cancellation fee unless you request online store credit. Once a Pre-Order is moved to in-stock, it can no longer be cancelled. All sales are final.

If you have any issues with your order once it has arrived to your destination please contact us within 5 business days after delivery and we will guide you on the next step. Slight irregularities in Loungefly and Funko items are common and are not considered defective. At this time, we do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective and in stock.

When emailing us at info@merch-ventures.com for a defective, please include the following: Order#, item that is defective, issues with defective item, and pictures of said defective issues. If you are authorized a return, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after we have received the item.

Merch Ventures cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS/UPS tracking systems show that the package was delivered. During these peak times it is common for your package to take over 7 business days to scan and update.
